#ad If you’re looking for an apple cider spritz-like cocktail, THIS is what you want!!! I call it my Salted Caramel Bubbly Orchard and it’s not only delicious but it looks fabulous too!! Here’s how to make the salted caramel sauce: 1. Melt 3 tbsp sugar in a stainless steel pan. Keep it over medium-low heat and let it melt completely. It will look crumbly at first. 2. Once it’s melted and lump-free, add in 2 tbsp salted butter and whisk until it comes together. Add another pinch of salt. 3. Then add in 2 tbsp cream (it will bubble up) and whisk quickly for another 10 seconds and turn off heat. 4. Dip glass rims into sauce and let cool. 5. Fill glasses halfway with chilled apple cider. 6. Add 3/4 oz FRESH lemon juice. 7. Top with some Mailly Brut Reserve or any brut sparkling wine. *Optional but totally recommended!
