A lot of research shows that in order to optimize your microbiome health, you should be aiming for 20-30 different plants every single week!! I know that I was not anywhere CLOSE to that for the first 25 years of my life. But let me tell you... The difference in how I feel since making this a priority is MASSIVE. I have zero bloating, constipation, reflux, and my digestion pretty much feels amazing 24/7. I have the flexibility to eat out and enjoy myself every now and again without it making me blow up like a balloon and feel super uncomfortable the rest of the day.
