Pictures with my family 🫶🏼 Jake officially gets to be in our Christmas card and I am so excited. They all worked for weeks to make this day so special for me and Jake and I am SO grateful. Helping plan, set up, coordinate all of it. I feel so lucky to get to share every stage of life with them by my side. Thank you guys SO much from the bottom of my heart for making me feel so loved.
