Excuses like “your hair is in bad condition it can’t be lifted” when the hair is in perfect condition and sent them away! The one thing I love about my job is being able to inform my clients on the best after care they can get and do at home themselves! We’ve had clients leave our salon crying (happy tears) that they’ve finally got the hair they have always wanted and the main thing is to listen!
