Tennessee National went well this past weekend. After mechanical issues on Wednesday, I wasn’t able to make practice on Thursday limiting my time on track. Felt good throughout the weekend but my mental state during my run was not where it needed to be. Ended up 6th which is far better than I thought I would after my run. Despite the challenges of this race it was encouraging to see my improvement over the past year. Thanks to @7protection for keeping my hands on the bars and knees intact as always. Thanks as well to @joesnoflats for keeping my tires in working order and of course a huge thanks to @buildtuneride for race and coaching support.
