[Cercle V Challenge 2023] “With a restaurateur uncle and a chef father, I inevitably had gastronomy in my blood.” Congratulations to @anthonychenoz, pastry chef at the restaurant Les Sources de Caudalie in Martillac @lessourcesdecaudalie, winner of the Cercle V 2023 Calendar for January! Passionate about chocolate, his dessert is a tribute to the 100th anniversary of Valrhona. It highlights our white OPALYS 33% and black TULAKALUM 75% blankets, pure Belize origin.
