Passionate about chocolate, his dessert is a tribute to the 100th anniversary of Valrhona. It highlights our white OPALYS 33% and black TULAKALUM 75% blankets, pure Belize origin. Very light and very low in sugar, this autumnal dish reflects his vision of pastry.
