I spent some time reflecting on how amazing 2022 was. I had my wins...I had my trying and confusing times, but every year for me I get better and better. After I did a deep dive on all that took place in 2022, I began vision setting for 2023. Now, to start the year, I’m reading for the 3rd time “Mirror Work” by Louise Hay. She is one of my favorite authors and this book helps me dig, release, and love on the woman in the mirror! If you haven’t read this book, I encourage EVERYONE (male and female) to do the uncomfortable and take on the 21-day challenge! This one will forever be a game changer for me ❤️ The tears will come, but the healing (trust me) is like no other! Cheers to 2023 🌺
