Fifty Kentuckians from 17 counties are traveled to Louisville this weekend for the Kentucky Rural-Urban Exchange (RUX). RUX is a creative leadership program that works to bridge divides and build connections among Kentuckians by meeting people, exploring place, and cultivating partnerships through annual weekend intensives and other programs. The LEE Initiative staff welcomed the cohort while Chef Megan Duffy @mmduffy01 from the Women's Culinary and Spirits program prepared a farm to table meal for the cohort featuring lamb from @freedomrunfarm and @louisvillecream desserts. The meal was supported by @fund4thearts The Louisville Host Committee has worked for months to design a unique and varied experience of Louisville, and we're grateful to them for inviting us to share our work in the context of food justice and community resilience.
