Celebrating a birthday, or anything for that matter, can feel like deadweight over your soul after a tragic event. This week was both sorrowful and beautiful.. I tried my best to practice total presence. I feel at peace and I leave Portland feeling grateful to my friends and family and lucky I get the opportunity to live this life in abundance.
