Like all boys who are trying to be hard but secretly love reading, I definitely went through my wanting to be Orwell phase. Fast forward a few years and first book is now officially up for @theorwellprizes They can’t take this one away from me (no matter how my name is spelt lol) Blessed to be in the company of the brilliant @amia.srinivasan and @yararodriguesfowler + @wordsbynatasha on the fiction list. All of them are responsible for some of my personal favourites of the year.
