Incredible day in Chicago yesterday! Some of our Women Culinary and Spirits Program mentees came for a butchery workshop with @meat_maid @chicagomeatcollective. @chef_jess_no_less @mmduffy01 and @justbeancooking spent the day learning about butchery and breaking down a hog.
