i know alot of people follow me for my aesthetic, and my fashion ideas, and i really love you all for it 🫶🏻 it makes me feel happy a lot of you get inspiration and we can all talk about different ways to style a lot of vintage pieces. but are there ones that follow me that genuinely feel stuck from 50/60 years ago? that some nights you just get this deep ache in your chest, knowing you don’t belong in this current time? tonight’s been like that. i mean it’s like that all the time, but tonight’s hard. yearning and wanting something that just doesn’t exist anymore, and the only thing that helps it a little is going thrifting and finding antiques, listening to 60s playlists on end, or maybe a museum based on years ago. just to fill those gaps, and the never ending holes of a life you don’t know of? i’m not sure if i’m making sense. but if you feel this way too, you’re not crazy, we’re just from another time. a lot of friends just don’t understand, and that’s okay, they don’t have to. sorry for getting all personal lol i just know others feel this way
