Just in time for the holiday season, free parking returns next week to DTO. 🚗 On-street Pay and Display and Metered parking locations in Downtown Oshawa will be free of charge daily starting on December 8th from 12:00 noon until 6:00 pm, resuming normal operation on January 1st, 2026.
