Back in 2020 I spent a lot of time alone, like everyone else, and it forced me to figure out what I really wanted to do. I was still working on my clothing brand but honestly I felt the best after training my clients virtually and helping them get through such a tough time, as they were doing for me. I remember deciding I wanted to teach my own classes one day, in-person... but bigger. Slowly over the past two years, Bikini Body was born. I thought I’d spend this summer going to Europe for the first time but I spent it teaching more @allegraparisfit Bikini Body classes than I’d ever imagine. This summer was amazing and I CAN’T wait for what’s to come 👏🏼🙏🏼🤫
