These protein eggnog truffles taste just like Christmas—let me know if you try them! 🫶🏼 Ingredients: 1 cup Eggnog Protein Powder (@just.ingredients) 1/2 cup Salted Eggnog nut butter (@grounduppdx) 1/4 cup maple syrup 1-2 tbsp milk 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt White chocolate Cinnamon Directions: 1. Add protein powder, nut butter, maple syrup, milk, vanilla, and salt to a bowl and stir to combine. If the dough is too dry, add a little more milk until it comes together. 2. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined plate. Chill for 15 minutes. 3. Melt white chocolate using a microwave or double boiler. Dip each truffle—just the top or fully coated—and sprinkle with cinnamon. 4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. This recipe makes about 12 truffles, but I halved it for this reel.
