πProtein Apple Crisp (DF, GF)π
Makes 9 servings
Ingredients:
π1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
π2/3 cup (80g) @livbody Lean Vegan Protein in Frosted Oatmeal Cookie
π6 tbsp. calorie-free sweetener (I used one thatβs twice as sweet as sugar)
π1/2 tsp. baking soda
π1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
π1 tsp. ground cinnamon
π1/4 tsp. ground cardamom (optional)
π1/4 cup vegan butter or unsalted butter, melted
π1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
π1/4 cup egg whites (or 2 tbsp. flax + 1/4 cup water)
π2 1/2 cups apple, chopped
π1 tsp. calorie-free sweetener (I used one thatβs twice as sweet as sugar)
π1 tbsp. lemon juice
π1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
