Trying to learn something everyday. I finally learned this AE effect that I wanted to do for a long time. Before this i had a meltdown (oop*) thinking everything I’m doing is wrong and that I feel so worthless. But, no matter how I feel I keep moving. I learned that I don’t have to be happy all the time to do things I want to. If I let my emotions dictate my actions all the time I wouldn’t be moving at all. And I much rather be upset and moving cause I know eventually I’ll be out of this space than to actually be in the same space I really don’t want to be. I’m tired of that and I’m breaking the cycle. I sat there sobbing and learning this effect and it turned out okay. Then in the end I gave myself a weak tired “yay” and flopped on my bed 🫠 taking a baking sheet (?)
