Proceeds benefitting the #LAAPIGivingCircle ———————- Flyer design: @celestial_kels The illustration, design and colors are inspired by the summer solstice, and the neighborhood where my dad grew up (in the hood of Thunderbolt). The visuals also reflect my Filipina-American heritage: buko juice (coconut juice), jasmine and orchid flowers, a banana leaf, and summer sun alongside a love note in a glass bottle all surrounded by white abstract wave lines.
