Sasyk-Sivash, a shallow pink saltwater lagoon on the Black Sea shores in Crimea, was captured by @dem_ev.😮 Pink lakes are one of the “points” of the tourist Crimea. And among such reservoirs Lake Sasyk-Sivash stands out. It splashes between Saki and Eupatoria in the west of the peninsula. The lake attracts with a charming color that beautifully “fits” the pictures during photo sessions. The pink shade of Sasyk-Sivash is due to the algae of the Dunaliella brackish species. And the salt in the lake is healing, therefore it also performs a health improving function.
