While doctors and scientists work tirelessly to discover a cure for cancer, there is already one thing we can do to save countless lives: we can bring the current standard of care to everyone that needs it. Thousands of women die from breast cancer because they don’t have access to the medical care they need, but the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation (komen.org) is trying to change that. This year, the Pink Key Society Team was the #1 fundraiser in South Florida, and the #4 team nationwide. Thank you everyone for joining me in the fight against breast cancer.
