“Divya, how often do you practice yoga?” “Every day.” 🤯
I get asked all the time about my yoga practice, and people are usually shocked when I say every day.
The thing is—to me, practicing yoga doesn’t just mean I’m flowing through postures on a mat. It also means I’m moderating my energy expenditure, controlling my breath in specific ways, or practicing single tasking so I can build my focus and concentration.
Notice that all of these techniques can apply in a gym workout as much as they can in daily life.

Here are a few ways I applied my yoga practice in my gym workout today!
