i did this little circuit last week as a finisher to my leg day and i was feeling it for dayyyyyys. such an easy little circuit to add into your leg day that is minimal equipment so so effective. complete each exercise back to back with no rest in between, resting only after you’ve completed all three exercises before moving to the next round. 🌴complete this leg day finisher 4x thru🌴 1️⃣12 sumo squat to sumo RDL right into 2️⃣30 seconds of narrow to wide squats right into 3️⃣30 seconds of high knees 🔁rest 1 min and repeat 3 more times! #functionalfitness #conditioningtraining #running #legday #legdaycircuit #legdayworkout #legfinisher #legdayeveryday #duathlon #mobility #hybridathlete
