The Surf Club, Miami is undoubtedly special - it’s history and provenance speak for itself - The Rat Pack partied here, Elizabeth Taylor was a member and Winston Churchill retired here to focus on his water colours - It’s where the world’s finest have frequented since it was first built in the 1920’s - I loved this shoot - it’s so real - it’s exactly what I wanted. We lived the life of $1500 lunch bills and freshly pressed beach towels - we partied into the night in style - and we made it look natural - ‘of course that’s how we do it!’ - Massive thanks to @gabrielanavarro and @laurie__elizabeth for making it all possible and the incredible staff at @fssurfside - not forgetting Prosper @assouline for the inspiration and the vision.
