Taking control of your fitness/health is SO much more than weight loss🤯👇🏼 . Too often I get the same old song and dance . “I’d feel better about myself if I weighed less” . OR “I just want to eat less so I can lose ‘x’ amount of weight” . While it’s great to want take control of your weight, I always remind my clients that a health & fitness journey is more than weight loss . What happens when the weight comes off? .
