Hi friends, 'Caves' is a compilation of silences by @0p__0__ featuring friends, collaborators and deep inspirational figures who were asked for sound pieces that make space for silence. I made the 20 minute timer initially for myself at the beginning of quarantine, so that I didn't have to use my phone alarm when I meditated. Then I shared it with some friends and they found it useful so I thought it would be nice to ask other artists to make short pieces that prepare people for moments of silence.
