Most people only do explosive movements with their lower body. Plenty of people do box jumps and power cleans, but you rarely see people train their upper body in the same way. Power is related to strength, but it’s a separate quality that may have a greater influence on physical performance. Power=Strength x Speed It’s great to be strong, but you want to be explosive too.
