A French omelette love story 🥰🦀 Ingredients: 3 eggs Fresh herbs like Dill and chives Pinch of Lemon zest Pinch of salt Fresh cracked pepper to taste A good pat of butter for the pan I also added Dungeness crab from the Aleutian Islands provided by one of our neighbors as a special touch this morning! I’ve watched @jacquespepinfoundation French omelette video a thousand times by now and I know it will take me a decade to really master the French omelette technique like Chef but I’m enjoying every minute of this process🙏🏼❤️ How did I do chef?
