You don’t have to have all the answers—just letting someone in can ease the emotional load. ✨ Try a grounding exercise Use the 5-4-3-2-1 method: notice 5 things you see, 4 you can touch, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, 1 you taste. It brings you back to the here and now. ✨ Focus on what’s in your control Choose one small action—rest, care for someone, take a walk.
