Organic Angel Sweet® Michelada - a savory, citrusy and satisfying bevvie using our fresh, sweet and perfectly-ripened tomatoes. Serves: 4-6 Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: N/A Ingredients: 1 Pint Organic Angel Sweet® Tomatoes (set aside a few for garnish) 2 Limes, divided (one juiced, one cut into wedges) 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Kosher Salt Tajin Seasoning Ice (4) 12-oz. beers Hot Sauce Green olives (for garnish) Directions: 1. To a blender, add the Organic Angel Sweet® Tomatoes, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of Kosher salt. Blend well until smooth. 2. Rim a glass with a wedge of lime then dip into a small plate of Tajin seasoning. 3. Fill the glass with ice followed by about 1⁄4 cup of the tomato juice. Top glass off with beer. 4. Add a few dashes of hot sauce (to taste) then stir. 5. Garnish with a skewered green olive, lime wedge and an Organic Angel Sweet® Tomato. Serve.
