Crunchy and delicious, itโ€™s the perfect addition to your Aperitivo board paired with Aperol Spritz! ๐Ÿน๐Ÿน Ingredients: - 160ml water - 3g Active dry yeast - 350g Plain flour - 50g Lard - 3g Fine salt - 1 litre vegetable oil for frying Method: 1. Mix yeast and water 2. Mix flour and water 3. Add in lard and salt 4. Prove in the fridge. Roll the dough until 3mm thick. Cut in to squares 5. Fry in vegetable oil at 180 degrees 6.
