Bill Russell will not only be remembered as the NBA’s first Black Head Coach, 11-time NBA Champion, and Hall of Famer but most importantly someone who pushed tirelessly for equality and social justice.⁠ ⁠ His dedicated and generous work will forever extend far beyond the court.
