About the Role: You will be one of the main cooks and once trained and onboarded you will have plenty of opportunities to take on responsibility for the running of the kitchen and influence on the menu going forward. Your primary role will be to make & serve exceptional pasta, ravioli and more. You: Kind & a people-person 1-2 years kitchen experience A committed team player Good at working with others and happy to work on all aspects of day-to-day kitchen life including cleanliness and hygiene Detail orientated and love getting the job done, the right way Keen to learn, grow and get involved with all facets of the business Eager to be part of a startup Recipe/Menu development skills a big plus Italian food/Pasta experience a plus but not necessary You love Pasta (goes without saying!) What we offer: £12.00-£16.00 per hour, 40-48 hours/week. Tuesday-Sunday. Free meal each shift. Working with a small, fun & loving team in a very open and honest environment.
