MONDAY - MOVEMENT IS MAGIC
Almost a third of Aussies don’t get enough exercise yet movement is one of the best tools we have to reduce our risk of chronic disease and stress, and improve our happiness and health.
“Movement” is any physical activity that sustains or improve our health and fitness, but for me, movement is so much more than exercise!
Movement is magic - it’s a celebration of everything my body.
I make movement part of my life EVERYDAY because I choose a life full of energy, enthusiasm and excitement.

I created 100 DAYS TO HAPPY HEALTHY AND HOT because I’m constantly asked how I keep my body lean and strong, and my energy high and positive.
100 DAYS TO HAPPY HEALTHY AND HOT is a “really real program for really real people who want really real results in really real time” and removes all excuses:
* Don’t know what to do or how to ... I’ll show you and demo every move, with options for all fitness levels
* Can’t jump or run ... I’ll show you high and low impact moves for every exercise
* I’m too old ... my oldest client is 90, and both my 77 year old mumma and 80 year old dad do the program religiously
* No time ... everyone has 15 minutes 3 times per week, it’s simply a choice - social media or sensational me!
* Don’t own gym membership or equipment ... all you need is a chair, carpet and a fit ball and dumbbells later then train at home
* Unmotivated ... I’ll share my pure positive contagious energy with you and if you need more of it, look in the mirror and tell yourself “I AM HEALTHY HAPPY AND HOT, AND I’M GOING TO BE HAPPIER, HEALTHIER AND HOTTER by Christmas”
