My first waking thought this morning was, “Damn, it’s already New Years.” I immediately went into a deep reflection of how much has happened this year — pretty heavy for the first minutes of being awake, but ok brain, you do you. Anyway, this year I moved back into the city, I turned 30, I made an entire career change, relationships evolved, I made new lifelong friends, and I surpassed milestones I didn’t think were possible. I learned a lot about myself, although there’s much more to discover. I saw what I am happy about, but also what I need to change. Reflecting back on some of my favorite and toughest memories just makes me eager for what’s ahead. So cheers to growth, change, and moving forward.
