SOURDOUGH BAE-GOALS ⭐️ I wasn’t even a bagel person until I tried one from Courage Bagels in LA.... Ever since I’ve been obsessed with trying to recreate the feather weighted bagel sorcery with a crispy exterior and moist interior 🤯 I’m not quite Courage level yet but I’m proud I worked up the courage to try and well... it’s the closest to their bagels I’ll get without buying a flight to LA 💪🏼❤️ Lots of technique and tricks went into making these (from the fermentation and hydration to the shaping and what you add to the boiling water) and I’ll continue to tweak which is all part of the fun for me ❤️
