Team UGP just completed three days of intense work with @collin_morikawa to prepare for the FedEx Cup Playoffs starting this week in Memphis. We worked on opening up the lead side to allow Collin to hit his signature fade with ease while also strengthening the left side to post up better through the ball. The combination of physio treatment, aligning the body, and reinforcing the same patterns through training is what is needed to perform at the highest level. This process is the same for golfers of any skill level. All golfers have physical disruptors that makes swing improvements more difficult or in some cases impossible. The key is to asses the whole system thoroughly to know exactly what is slowing the player down in their development.
