365 days ago today I saw the post on the left. I was working in Aerospace for almost a quarter of a century and wasn't looking for a career pivot. I was then and am always intentional about sowing into people and causes I believe in. When I saw the post from @arlanwashere I had no idea this post & my intention would bring us to where we are today. The mission of @hirerunner is personal to me! As a teenage, single, and Black mother, fractional and remote work would have made it possible for me to not have to choose between soccer fees for @maliklovesyall or paying my electric bill. ( I think Puget Sound Energy knew me by name! 😏 #paymentarrangements ) Years later in 2012 when I had an online coaching business before online coaching was widespread. What would it have meant to my business that helped ~500 people across 15 countries if I would have had operations support? You see... the success of #hirerunner is personal to me!
