leftover lunch with double beans! this is the epitome of fridge clear out, and damn was it delicious! i made some brothy beans the other day (i always make a pot of beans each week as they are so versatile) and also had some leftover french beans from dinner the night before. And so the double bean lunch was born! leftover brothy beans (these were lima from the south pas farmers market) french beans, chopped @ooliveoilandvinegar sherry vinegar, massive glug @baronciniimportandco evoo, massive glug old bay seasoning dill flaky salt i excitedly scooped all of this up with some @clarkstreetbread seeded sourdough (ofc) and honestly, i was quite thrilled with it all. I will for sure make something similar again next week— stay tuned! i love beans!! 🫘
