Just finished tracking with these utter legends (watch out for the old school yellow tags) It is amazing to see high-vibrating artistic minds at work, and how these minds interact with each other It’s of course always an honor to be in the room with Dave and Julian, but to have Bill Frisell come in and bring his sound and musical prowess to the band was just incredible to watch I was so happy to be adding some low-end sauce to this feast It’s gonna be an incredible album, our second for Blue Note.
