⭐️ HOLY SHIT I LOVE THIS DISH
Beyond the flavor bomb that it is, the creation of it has been 💯 % a team effort!! from both teams @stubborn_seed & @thebutchersclub.pbg wow I can’t wait to see how much stronger we get once we open these next few projects🤯
KOMBU CURED LOCAL FISH CAVIAR HEIRLOOM MELON YUZU NUOC CHAM CITRUSY FLOWERS
So when the dish arrives we first land a bouquet of herbs, orange, and flowers to celebrate our wonderful state of Florida so the aroma of orange will be fluttering the table during the entire course, we then bring the two dishes one on the bottom which is holding this beautiful melon and then on top kombu cured fish we then dress the melon with the nuoc chum, and you treat it like a shabu shabu where you take the fish dip it in the broth and enjoy some texture from the melon!
I’m going on vacation and seeing my family up in Jacksonville so this won’t be on until I get back 🤷🏼♂️ sorry love you all cheers!!!!
