Leaving for 18 (!) days this week but wanted to leave you with new images shot at the coolest, newest bakery downtown .. @libraebakery. Last month I got to spend time with the bakers there before opening and capture them in action making perfect, perfect pastries that often blend Arab flavors (look at those spices!) and Danish pastry techniques flawlessly.
