Here @tanner30jones is working on being able to catch the ball on the move and go quickly. While moving quickly it’s important to be able to change speed from quick to slow to keep the defender off balance. In the second clip, we are also working on moving quickly, with being able to come to a complete stop on a dime and explode with a change of direction.
