If you EVER get a chance to dine w/ Christian Petroni , I HIGHLY recommend it! Last year, @bigpaulonthegrill held a fundraiser for his @pauliestrong foundation and some of my #BGETeamGreen mates and I chipped in for a private dinner prepared by Christian at his studio in NY. Let me tell you, it was worth every penny and more, plus, it raised $ for a GREAT cause! The food was fantastic, the company, outstanding & Christian’s hospitality was second to none. He is a class act, incredible host and unbelievable chef. His humility & gratitude were unbelievable. It’s awe inspiring to watch a professional at work. Here’s the menu: 1- salad with fried meatballs. I was going to only have 3 but wound up eating 7 of them!! 🤩 2- Maximized Carbonara - pancetta, prosciutto, guanciale and another protein that I can’t remember. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ 3- Chicken Scarpariello over garlic toast- I’ve never eaten so slowly in my LIFE!! I wanted to savor every bite. 4-chocolate salami & crumb cake with brown butter cream topping 🤤 The only thing better than the food was enjoying it with @lynnielynnmm & our friends.
