I’ve been pretty hurt by many comments on here so I wanted to share this message🤍 People seem to think if you have a smaller body you love yourself more. That isn’t the case. I can happily say my bigger body has actually allowed more self growth and love than when I was 15kg lighter. Because it’s not about how you look or what you weigh. It’s all internal, your beliefs, views about your own self. People may look different than you but that doesn’t mean it’s been easier for them. It’s not a competition, we don’t need to compare. Everyone’s journey has its own struggles and battles. Everyone has their own insecurities. And, how they view their body will be different to how you view it.
