This week has been a struggle to stay positive through my body being a little biatch... obviously I treated it poorly and now it’s letting me know🙄 autoimmune stuff is frustrating and humbling. It’s challenging for me not to beat myself up when I find myself in this uncomfortable state, because I know it’s preventable. All I have to do is watch what I consume and not stress out! But that seriously gets boring at times😝 Thought I’d use it as an opportunity to show that real life is not often fully reflected on social media, we all have our struggles no matter how ‘perfect’ life on the gram appears to be.
