aglio e olio spaghetti with clams we were craving the sea last night and this is one of the simplest, tastiest dishes out there! always make sure to double soak the clams before cooking to get rid of any sediment or sand. this got me thinking about dishes for my micro supper club. there has to be a pasta on the menu— please let me know what you might like to see in the comments! i used a @bonappetitmag spaghetti vongole recipe but omitted the white wine to make it more of a aglio e olio sauce with plenty of red pepper flakes. also i know i need to rotate my fiddlehead @eastforkpottery dish but i can’t, i just lurve it so mooch. 🇮🇹
