What about the shipping to European countries these days? Questions on shipping, taxes and delivery time are probably the most popular these days, especially when it comes to Europe. We can’t really recall the times when international logistics was THAT tense, but as usual, we’re doing our best to provide the first-class service and deliver on time. So, today we’re answering some of these questions. ✅ SHIPPING Recently we have faced a problem: a part of the orders were refused to be cleared by local customers of several European countries due to sanctions. We always fulfill our obligations to the clients, thus we arranged a resending of all these orders from our new office in Kazakhstan via local DHL, and all the European, UK and Canadian orders are being shipped from there as of July, 18. All the orders to the US, Middle East and Asia are yet being shipped from Russia. At the moment there are no issues with clearing them by local customs in these countries, and we’re negotiating a full switch of these shippings to Kazakhstan very soon. ✅ DELIVERY TIME At the moment it’s 7-14 days for the shippings from Russia, and 7-20 days from Kazakhstan. Due to high fuel prices the carrier had to reduce the number of flights to keep reasonable shipping charges, which impacted the speed of delivery. Since autumn photo season is approaching, we recommend placing the orders in advance, especially if these are custom backdrops. Stock orders are being shipped within 2-4 days after the order’s placed and paid, and typically are being delivered in 10-20 days. ✅ TAXES Our clients from Canada and UK have faced increased duties in the past months, so we started a complex process of switching the shippings to Kazakhstan from your countries, to reduce your costs. For the shippings coming from Kazakhstan the taxes are similar to what you used to have in 2021. If you need to know the estimated tax amount, feel free to contact us before placing the order.
