Breaking but not broken good news ;) So.... This sign has been sitting in our backyard since my pal @peterdeise (he also built the metal storefront the oven and other crazy cool metal sculptures ck out his amazing work on his page ) he cut the letters out from my crappy handwriting and hung them at 4404 n central Ave phx (still hanging yes :) this was the left over plate steel now that it’s gathered a few decades of Patina and experience we are going to hang this misfit toy on Our 2nd pane location at @rowdtla across the way from our @pizzeriabiancolosangeles location ... so here’s the plan so far ;) hoping to open in march Pane Bianco LA will do what pane does focaccia sandwiches also we will have all our NY ish slices , 18” NYish pizzas salads to go and hopefully quickly served available there ... then we will run or same full service original wood fired pizzas in the existing LA pizzeria space Lunch & Dinner , if u need a Rosa at lunch you’ll have it ... trying to figure out best ways to serve our guests and deliver a special experience whether just grabbing a slice sandwich or provisions at pane or sitting down dining in day drinking or having dinner in the pizzeria (the model we use in phx) anyway gotta keep grinding never satisfied that we can’t be better do better ... and not to be left out PHX Pane is just a few weeks away from our same slice and NYish pizza program as we’ve worked to nail in LA w chef Marco @mr_lowrider_s and our team ... and will be in good hands in phx w my big bro @marcbianco 🌵there ... I will get u further clearer details timelines etc .. as I get them ... just in case anybody cares now ya know .... Not fir nuthin , we ain’t sittin on our hands over here ;) Love & Gratitude cb xoxo
