Sorry Santa, I couldn’t resist... THE BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE recipe (in my opinion.) - 2 cups all-purpose flour - 1 tsp baking soda - 1⁄2 tsp salt - 1 cup butter (barely melted) - 3⁄4 cup light brown sugar - 2⁄3 cup granulated sugar - 2 tsp vanilla extract - 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (sounds weird but don’t forget it) - 1 large egg - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 cup chocolate chunks - Coarse sea salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt: set aside. In a separate bowl, beat butter, sugars, vanilla, and apple cider vinegar. Beat in egg until just combined. Slowly mix in your flour until a nice dough has formed. Stir in chocolate chips. Form medium/large cookie dough balls and place them 3 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cookies will be golden on the outside and gooey in the middle. Once out of the oven, lightly sprinkle coarse sea salt on each cookie. Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before placing it on a cooling rack. SANTA’S BOOZY MILK 12 oz whole milk 1 oz brandy or cognac 1 oz dark rum 1tsp superfine sugar 2 candy canes Corn syrup for the rim Crush one candy cane and add it to a small plate or flat surface. Lightly dip your glass in corn syrup and coat the rim with peppermint pieces. In a saucepan, warm milk until just hot, not boiling. In a mixing bowl or glass, stir milk, liquors, and sugar with your other candy cane. Pour mixture into the coated glass and serve immediately. 😘🎅🎄🥛🍪 #santa #santababy #milk #milkandcookies #cookies #cookierecipe #recipe #recipes #chocolate #chocolatechip #chocolatechiprecipes #gotmilk #cocktails #mixology #christmas #holidays #merrychristmas #happyholidays #santaiscomingtotown
