macerated cherries with almond cream, @alisoneroman cookie + pistachio crumb @andyisonline made the cookies, of course! but @elysegoyen + i unlocked a new obsession the other night when she made strawberries and cream— add almond essence to the cream for ultimate unctuous satisfaction! i macerated the cherries in some brown sugar and the dolloped the almond cream on top. toasted the pistachios gently in a pan, then crushed with the back of a knife. added THE cookie because— why not? this was so good! tag me if you make it! 🍪
